ORDERING INFORMATION

How do I place an order?

- All orders can be taken verbally in person or on the phone. I like to speak to my customers directly to see what they are expecting and give them the best options for their purchase. If you prefer, we can discuss orders via Email or SMS Text.

What are my ordering options?

- Photographs can be ordered in any size, ranging from 4x6 to 24x36. Larger prints can be ordered based on the piece in question. Photographs can be ordered as prints only or professionally framed to your specifications.

How long does it take to get my order processed?

- This would depend on if it were prints only or custom framed. It could take from 7 days to 3 weeks.

PRICING INFORMATION

 

What payment methods do you accept?

- Personal checks are my preference.

Do you offer a discount for larger orders?

- Yes, The pricing would be negotiable based on the order.

FRAMING INFORMATION

What can I expect with your framing options?

 - Standard framing:

        - 1 inch wood frame, Color to be determined.

        - 1.5 inch outer matte, 1/4 inch inner matte. Colors to be determined based on the photograph.

        - Dry mounted and foam backing.

 Can the framing be customized?

 - All framing options can be adjusted to your preference.

        - Additional charge would be applied on your approval.
